Q. i just downloaded windows explorer 8 and the new tabs i open all say "what do yo want to do next?' how do i make the tabs all just a blank page
A. Click on tools, the internet options, under 'Tabs', click 'Settings' then where it says 'When a new tab is opened, open' click the drop down arrow and click blank page. Heres screenshot to help

Windows Explorer 8 - It will not let me open new windows just new tabs?
Q. I just updated my internet explorer to the 8 version. And now when my page opens and I want to right click to open up a new window it will not let me at all. But I can right click and open a new tab page.

A. It's possible but since the Samsung is an ARM processor you won't be able to run your current Windows applications. Microsoft has already said that functionality is reserved for x86 and x86-64 boxes.
Can't Open New Window Or Tab In Internet Explorer 8?
Q. Hi people! So I downloaded this new Internet Explorer 8 and I can't open new window or tab. I mean I can still open it manually, if I will open the tab or window and type in the address, but if I click on some link, it doesn't work. Please help!
