Q. My TAB bar for IE 8 has dissappeared so every time I open a page I have to open a window. I tried to right click the other toolbars to see if I can bring it back off but the option wasn't there. How do I get the TAB bar back up so I can have TAB's again?
A. Go into the internet options
on the first panel there is an option:
[Change how webpages are displayed in tabs]
Click [Settings] button

Is it possable to run windows 8 32 bit on a 16 gb samsung galaxy tab 10.1?
Q.
A. No. The Galaxy tab does not have sufficient specs to run Windows 8. The tab isn't optimized to run windows, only the OS that's included. You wouldn't be able to load explorer, IE, any other applications as just running the OS would take all of its computing strength

Internet Explorer 8 will not open links in a new tab or window?
Q. I am running Windows 7 and IE 8 will not open any links in a new tab or window. I have tried re-registering actxprxy.dll, disabling all add-ons, and resetting it to defaults. I am using AVG free and Windows Firewall. It will not open a link that is meant to open in a new window/tab, and when I right-click and select 'Open in new tab/window," it does open a new tab/window but it does not ever display the page. Any other ideas?
A. Go to internet options : select the settings under the tab category :
select the option : open links from other programs in " The current tab or window"
push ok and then open the new browser window and then click on any of the links
See what happens
Then go back to internet options and then select the other option as " A new tab in the current window
Then push ok and reopen a new browser window and see whether the links opens in a new tab or not.
Alternatively, you can try to reregister the internet files by
