A. the answer to why windows 8 is cheap is because it's rubbish for desktop and laptop computers and is more suited to tablets stick with windows 7 it's better

A. I used for months now and faced many problems. One severe is HP LJ1100M printer stopped working. Release preview could not upgrade consumer preview etc etc. All such said, I suggest wait for installation, but u can buy the license code if it is very cheap.

Q. I'm going to get a gaming pc in a couple months (after Windows 8 comes out). I've heard that Win8 will be terrible for gaming so I want Win7 on my PC. Will Windows 7 get cheaper after 8 comes out? I also have a copy of WinXP that hasn't been used before, should I buy a Windows 7 upgrade from XP now and just install XP onto my PC than use the upgrade?
A. You might catch a sale at a somewhat cheaper price but I would not wait too long. I have played with Windows 8 twice in the last year. I have no idea what the final release is going to look like but if it looks anything like the previews I have played with I want nothing to do with it. I have plans on building another computer sometime in the future. I am so afraid of what Windows 8 might be like and that by the time I get around to it a copy of Windows 7 will not be able to be found to buy that I have already purchase 2 OEM copies of Pro 64 bit.
