Is $4800 a good price to replace 8 windows?

A. I think if they are custom windows and it includes taking your old ones out and disposing of them and installing the new ones...it sounds like you are getting a good price. If buying them standard sizes, then it may be a bit high. Make sure that the windows are vinyl and low E this means that the sunlight won't fade your carpets and fabrics on couches etc. Check out Home Depot, or Lowes, we got a very good deal when we purchased ours last year.
